Exihibitors Rules
* No vehicles allowed on the premises. * No fires on the grass or ground. * Please no damage to trees and plants. * No long pegs in the ground (shallow water pipes may be damaged). * Please clean your stall area afterwards. * Payment includes stand only. Own equipment, chairs, tables etc. must be supplied. * FOOD STALLS must have an accredited certificate from Tshwane for food preparation and if you use gas a Fire Blanket must be available. * ALL STALLS must have a fire extinguisher available at their stand. * The Avodazz organizers, officials and Tshwane are not responsible for any damages, loss or injuries that may occur on the premises. * Application form must be submitted for approval of products/services to be offered. You may only sell Products that have been approved. * Exhibitors are not allowed to change stands without the consent of the organizers. * No sharing of stalls. * All Exhibitors are responsible for securing their stalls and goods at all times. * NO SMOKING at the stalls - only allowed in the designated areas. * ALL STALLS MUST BE READY from 08:00 until official closing time of event Exhibitors will be notified by organizers * Stands and products will be allocated by organizers
