Meeting - 11 February 2013
Message by ward councillor, Sam Moimane
Welcome to a better Capital Park! Crime, traffic problems and pollution is a reality – even in Capital Park. We all can make a difference by getting involved, becoming part of the positive movement to change Capital Park for the better. As Ward Councillor, I would like to invite you to get involved with community projects and to support CAPRRA (Capital Park Residents and Ratepayers Association). You have my support. Well done, CAPRRA, on this first issue of your community newspaper! Capital Park is a unique neighbourhood, with a lot of old world charm, centrally located and a vibrant community that are working hard to create a safe and clean neighbourhood. Welcome to a better Capital Park!
